Directions to Many Hands Organic Farm
Note - Many Hands Organic Farm does not provide tours for casual visitors or visiting hours. Please call the Farm in advance if you wish to visit.
The farm is in Barre, Massachusetts, about 25 miles northwest of Worcester. To reach Barre:
- from Worcester: take Rte 122 northwest
- from Athol: take Rte 32 south
- from Gardner: take Rte 68 south, then Rte 62 west
- from Ware: Take Rte 32 North
Once you reach Barre center (large common and bandstand) go a mile and a half northwest on Rte 122 and then turn left onto Old Hardwick Road.
Follow Old Hardwick Rd. for a mile and a half, then turn right onto Almon Thrasher Rd. Follow this road for .3 mile and then bear right at the bottom of the hill. You are now on Sheldon Rd (there is no sign).
Follow this 3/4 of a mile to the farm - the blacktop will end, there's a short stretch of gravel and then the blacktop starts up again right before you reach us. The house is on the right and there's a farm sign marking the driveway.
